With the guidance of enthusiastic church leaders and volunteers of Concordia Lutheran Church and LCMS Texas district, our students will be guided through a week of service to the community of Beaumont, sightsee in the surrounding area and worship together. Commitment of Confirmation

1) I will strive to be open-minded and trust my church leaders and pastors.

2) I will be an active participant during the confirmation year. This means, in part, that I will strive to make all classes, not just the ones that are most convenient for me to make.

3) I recognize that there will be some homework as a part of this learning experience. I will work on the material with my child.

4) I want my child to have a real and active faith that they wish to proclaim publicly. If I am concerned about their sincerity, I will consult with the pastor.
